Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
How do you communicate with your site visitors?
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. All orders ship from Baltimore, Maryland. Orders will be processed and given to the selected shipping service provider within 3-5 business days. If ordering a custom design, you will be allowed to preview and (1) 0ne edit before your order is produced. Your response time to edits may increase the time required to produce your kit. We will wait for 24-hours for your confirmation before we pack your order.
Orders will receive a tracking number emailed to the address provided during checkout. Please note, if your order shows Pre-Transit status after label was created, it means that it is in the USPS sorting facility. Some parcels take longer to be delivered which may result in unexpected delay. We are not responsible for delivery delays.
Local delivery is available for an additional fee and these orders will be delivered personally upon completion (2-3 business days).
The free local pick-up option is available for customers who have the ability to pick up their order in person. Orders will be processed within 5 business days. Please wait for notification to arrange a pickup day and time for your order. The pickup location will be in front of the ALDI on West Cold Spring Lane. Local pick-up option is also for customers who have booked a paint party. All orders can be picked up at the event location during the event.
Local pick-up and local delivery options are only available for customers within the 21215 zip code area. Any purchases made with the local pick-up or delivery option will be contacted to confirm prior to production. If we are unable to reach you, your order may be refunded.

This website is owned and operated by Creative Chaos Studio. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors goods and services. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. “The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.
Creative Chaos Studio custom paint kits are made-to-order, so we are unable to offer refunds on custom products. But if you are unhappy with your product, contact me immediately and I will do everything I can to make it right. All event and booking fees are due in full upon registration. Fees are non-refundable. Events can be rescheduled and moved to the next available opening. If an event is canceled, all pre-ordered (fully paid) kits will still be delivered upon completion to the event host at the event location. All guests who have provided contact information will be contacted to inform them of where to pick up their kits.
Giveaway Terms & Conditions
All entries must be received by the last day of the giveaway at 11:59pm EST to be eligible. Prize valued at approx. $75.00. Must be 21+ to enter. Open to U.S. Residents only. Void where prohibited. Wix is in no way affiliated with this giveaway. (1) One lucky winner will be chosen at random on the day after the giveaway ends. Winner will be contacted via phone and/or email to provide a shipping address. The prize will then be shipped via USPS ground shipping.
Your information will be used to contact you if you are selected as the prize winner. Entrants will also be added to the Creative Chaos Studio mailing list. Providing your information is voluntary, but if not supplied, I will not be able to contact you to claim your prize if you are a winner. Creative Chaos Studio does not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except to facilitate the shipping transaction.
