When you book the Creative Chaos Mobile Art and Karaoke Studio bus for your event, you’re getting a full creative experience packed with fun, vibes, and hands‑on activities: *Up to 3 hours of creativity + good energy with your in‑person paint party hostess *Pre‑drawn canvases or a themed craft activity to match your party (custom designs available!) *Karaoke vibes with multiple mics so everybody can sing their heart out *All supplies included — paint, brushes, easels, aprons… everything you need to keep it cute and clean *A FREE personalized apron for the guest of honor Other arts & crafts options are available if you want to switch it up. GUEST DETAILS: Adult Parties: Seats between 20-23 guest ages 14+ Kids Parties: Seats up to 25 guest ages under 14 A $180 non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to hold your date and begin preparing for your event. Lock yours in ASAP. Dates will go quickly! Planning for more than 23 guests? Reach out so we can talk through alternative location options. LOCATION + PARKING INFO The bus stays parked for the entire event — we do NOT transport passengers. Your party happens at the venue you choose. As the host, you’re responsible for: *Providing a safe parking space for the bus (at least 50 ft) *Making sure we have access 1 hour before your event for setup No space for the bus? Contact us — we can explore alternative parking options. If your venue is more than 10 miles outside Baltimore City, please call 443‑990‑1888 before booking. A $2/mile travel fee may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Mobile Art Studio Booking Policy RETAINER FEE: A retainer fee is included in your deposit to hold your date. GUESTS: Please book as close to the number of guests that you anticipate at the time of booking. Kits will be delivered regardless of a possible decrease in attending guests. Any remaining paint kits (paint supplies included) will be given to the event host at the end of the party. If the number of expected guests increases prior to the event, a second invoice will be required for the costs of the additional guests. The bus seats 20-24 adult guests. If you anticipate more than 24 guests, please contact me for options to accommodate your party. LOCATION: The party will be held at your location/venue with the booking person as the host, unless otherwise mentioned. The host is responsible for ensuring at least 50 ft. of available parking space to park the bus and ensuring that Creative Chaos Studio has access to set up at least 1 hour prior to the event’s start time. There is no restroom or sink on board. Host must plan accordingly. For travel outside of the Baltimore City area (zip code 21215), please inquire about location prior to booking as $2/mile travel fees may be assessed. CANCELLATION POLICY: If the party date must be rescheduled, please call 443-990-1888 at least 48 hours in advance. Retainer fees are non-refundable as they are used to retain your party date exclusively and allow Creative Chaos Studio to begin planning your event. Due to the custom nature of our products, personalized products are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, you may make arrangements to reschedule your party, pick up the products included in your order, or pay for shipping to have them shipped to you. You will be responsible for the full price of the products, as well as any other material costs previously agreed upon. A revised invoice will be issued to subtract any costs/fees that are no longer applicable. LIABILITY: All guests are required to review and sign out liability waiver at https://creativechaosstudio.wixforms.com/f/7433660504700093604 for themselves and/or any minors in attendance prior to entering the bus.
